MISS ARKANSAS DELTA STATE FINALS
RULES & REGULATIONS
🎟️ ELIGIBILITY
- Contestants must have won or been appointed a preliminary title for the current pageant year.
- The pageant is open to all ages and divisions.
- Contestants must compete in the correct age division based on pageant guidelines.
- Good sportsmanship is required at all times.
💰 REGISTRATION & FUNDRAISING
- There is no traditional entry fee for State Finals.
- Each contestant is required to meet the minimum fundraising requirement of $300 set by the organization.
- Fundraising deadlines must be met:
- Early Deadline: July 1
- Final Deadline: August 1
👗 COMPETITION PHASES
Ages Baby Miss – Petite Miss:
- Fun Fashion
- Evening Gown / Beauty
PreTeen Miss – Ms., Elite Ms., Elegant Ms., Senior Ms.:
- Private Interview (Teen-Junior-Miss)
- Fun Fashion
- Evening Gown
- On-Stage Question (asked during Evening Gown)
💄 ATTIRE & APPEARANCE
- Age-appropriate attire is required in all divisions.
- Fun Fashion may be off-the-rack or custom.
- Evening Gown should reflect elegance and confidence.
- Hair and makeup should enhance natural beauty and remain appropriate for age division.
- Judges are looking for overall presentation, not just wardrobe.
📸 PHOTOGENIC
- Photogenic entries are optional.
- Headshot photos are highly recommended.
- Photos should be recent (within one year) and resemble the contestant.
- Winners are chosen based on photograph quality, personality, and overall appearance.
🏆 AWARDS
Each division will receive:
- Queen
- 1st Alternate
- 2nd Alternate
- Most Photogenic
- Most Beautiful
- Best Dressed
- Prettiest Hair
- Prettiest Eyes
- Prettiest Smile
- People’s Choice

Philanthropy Queen Award (highest fundraiser funds collected)
🎤 INTERVIEW (if applicable)
- Interviews are 3–5 minutes per contestant.
- Judges will ask 2–3 questions.
- Contestants should present themselves with confidence, personality, and professionalism.
⚖️ JUDGING
Judging is based on:
- Confidence & Stage Presence
- Personality & Communication
- Overall Appearance
- Poise & Presentation
Judges’ decisions are final.
📱 CONDUCT & SPORTSMANSHIP
- Contestants, parents, and guests must demonstrate respect and professionalism at all times.
- Unsportsmanlike behavior may result in disqualification.
- No negative comments about contestants, judges, or the organization will be tolerated.
📍 EVENT DETAILS
- Contestants must arrive on time and fully prepared.

- Dressing room etiquette must be respected at all times.
🎟️ PEOPLE’S CHOICE
- People’s Choice is based on votes totals.
- The winner in each division will receive a crown and sash.
📸 MEDIA RELEASE
- By competing, contestants agree to allow Miss Arkansas Delta to use photos and videos for promotional purposes.

- All rules are subject to change at the discretion of the organization.
- Participation confirms agreement to all rules and guidelines.
