MISS ARKANSAS DELTA STATE FINALS
RULES & REGULATIONS
ποΈ ELIGIBILITY
- Preliminary Queens, 1st Alternates and People's Choice winners are expected to compete at the State Finals.

Failure to fulfill duties may result in title forfeiture. Should you forfeit your title and position at the state finals, it will be offered to another contestant.
- Contestants must compete in the correct age division based on pageant guidelines.
- Good sportsmanship is required at all times.
π° REGISTRATION & FUNDRAISING
- The Finalist Acceptance Form must be submitted.
- Bio must be submitted no later than August 1st.
- There is no traditional entry fee for State Finals. However, each finalist is responsible for meeting a $500 State Finals fundraising goal through one of the following options:
- Fundraiser Calendar
- Sponsors/Ads from businesses or family supporters
- Raffle Tickets
- Personal payment of any remaining balance
- Combination of all
The fundraising goal will help cover the cost of crowns, trophies, venue rental, stage production, scholarships & prizes, emcee/judges, contestant gifts, printing/programs, etc. and is due:
Winter Preliminary: June 1st | Spring Preliminary: July 1st
Non-Refundable: All fees, fundraising proceeds, sponsorships, donations, advertisements, raffle proceeds, and other funds submitted are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Failure to satisfy the $500 obligation by the established deadline may result in forfeiture of the contestant’s State Finals placement and eligibility to compete.

Ages Baby Miss – Petite Miss:
- Fun Fashion
- Evening Gown / Beauty
PreTeen Miss – Mrs.
- Private Interview (Teen & Miss)
- Fun Fashion
- Evening Gown
- On-Stage Question (asked during Evening Gown)
π ATTIRE & APPEARANCE
- Age-appropriate attire is required in all divisions.
- Fun Fashion may be off-the-rack or custom.
- Evening Gown should reflect elegance and confidence.
- Hair and makeup should enhance natural beauty and remain appropriate for age division.
- Judges are looking for overall presentation, not just wardrobe.
πΈ PHOTOGENIC
- Photogenic entries are optional.
- Headshot photos are highly recommended.
- Photos should be recent (within one year) and resemble the contestant.
- Winners are chosen based on photograph quality, personality, and overall appearance.

Each division will receive:

- 1st Alternate

- Most Photogenic
- Most Beautiful
- Best Dressed
- Prettiest Hair
- Prettiest Eyes
- Prettiest Smile
- People’s Choice

Top Fundraiser Award (highest fundraiser funds collected - this demonstrates exceptional generosity, leadership, and community impact)
π€ INTERVIEW (Teen and Miss only)
- Interviews are 3–5 minutes per contestant.
- Judges will ask 2–3 questions.
- Contestants should present themselves with confidence, personality, and professionalism.
βοΈ JUDGING
Judging is based on:
- Confidence & Stage Presence
- Personality & Communication
- Overall Appearance
- Poise & Presentation
Judges’ decisions are final.
π± CONDUCT & SPORTSMANSHIP
- Contestants, parents, and guests must demonstrate respect and professionalism at all times.
- Unsportsmanlike behavior may result in disqualification.
- No negative comments about contestants, judges, or the organization will be tolerated.
π EVENT DETAILS
- Contestants must arrive on time and fully prepared.
- A detailed schedule can be found here. (please check closer to August, as we are still finalizing the schedule)
- Dressing room etiquette must be respected at all times.
ποΈ PEOPLE’S CHOICE
- People’s Choice is based on votes totals.
- The winner in each division will receive a crown and sash.
πΈ MEDIA RELEASE
- By competing, contestants agree to allow Miss Arkansas Delta to use photos and videos for promotional purposes.
