Meet the Director
Mandy Neal is a distinguished and passionate Pageant Director with over 23 years of experience in the pageantry world.
Mandy's journey began with a deep-rooted love for pageantry, which she first discovered as a teenager while assisting a county fair pageant director. At the age of 17, she transitioned to the Director, bringing her unique perspective and understanding to the role.
Mandy’s approach to pageantry is both compassionate and strategic. She believes that every contestant has a unique story and potential deserving of the spotlight. Her philosophy centers around:

This pageant was great! Smooth flow and well organized! Easy sign-up and payments! Our daughter had a wonderful time and experience with other beautiful girls.
We really enjoyed the pageant. My girls love all things pageant and Allyssa A. and Alissa F. will be back hopefully in February.
