🕒 Arrival/Check-In

• Baby Miss - Petite Miss contestants must check in and be prepared for Fun Fashion by 12:45pm.

• PreTeen Miss-Miss contestants must check in and be prepared for Interview by 1:15pm.
• Ms-Elegant Ms contestants must beck in and be prepared for Fun Fashion by 2:45pm.

🗳️ People's Choice & Voting

• Online Voting: You can check to see if your photo is uploaded by visiting the People's Choice link provided in your email.

• Event Voting: Guests can still vote in person during the pageant.

• Awards: One winner will be crowned per division, plus one Overall People's Choice winner at the end of Elegant Ms awards ceremony. Each divisional People's Choice winner will advance to the Finals in August, along with the Queen and 1st Alternate.

📸 Photogenic Entries

• Photos are judged before the pageant begins.

• If your photo is missing from the People's Choice page, email or text it to the director immediately.

👗 Dressing Room & Guests

• Support: Only one person (preferably an adult) is allowed in the dressing room to assist the contestant. Please be sure to share outlets and space with all contestants. Dress racks will be provided.

• Guest Entry: There is a $5 entry fee for all guests. Tickets can be purchased online or this can be paid in person via Cash or CashApp.

 

Winners of each division are kindly requested to have their photographs taken. Additionally, you are invited to remain for a group photograph following the conclusion of the pageant. However, we fully understand if other commitments require your early departure.

Format: Each interview typically lasts 2–3 minutes.

Attire: Business Professional or "Sunday Best" (modesty is emphasized).
